Tanzanian Amethyst, this material is a nice grape colour, some pieces are bi-coloured  being clear Quartz with an Amethyst Eye, which is typical of this facet rough. This is Classed as VVS and will cut a bright unusual fiery gemstone.  This rough is 100% Natural and No Treatment.
