All items on this site are described to the best of my ability, should for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us  to discuss a refund.

To receive a refund the Facet Rough  must not be altered in any way, due to cutting, dopping, windowing, sawn or preformed . It must be in the same condition as originally sent. So please inspect rough carefully upon arrival. Once the item has been returned a full refund will be issued. This must be done within 10 days of receiving the goods.

Please Note, we will not issue a refund without a valid reason, for example if the rough is smaller than one thought, as all sizes and weights are within the item description. So please read carefully and ask for additional photos and information if unsure.
